Barbing can be done in Grooms Suite or Hotel ($50 per person) - Barbing Trial is available for additional fee. Stylists Vendor recommendations – we can help find the perfect Suit or Tux vendor, get availability, and pricing for you. Making it easier for you to decide on your look for the important day. Beard Care Service – your Beard Groomer will provide top quality products by FettiSays to ensure your beard is getting the attention it deserves. FettiSays is a Brooklyn-based company that has all Top Quality Ingredients and smells even better. Groom/Groomsmen Coordinator - We ensure that everyone stays on time with getting dressed, being available for pictures and getting down the aisle. Either package is perfectly fit for couples that have managed to plan their entire event but are becoming a bit overwhelmed with the extra/final details as the wedding day gets closer. We will work with the details provided by you and formulate a master plan and create timelines for the entire day. We coordinate what you've already planned! Making it easier for you to decide on who you want to hire, without the research time & hassle. • Guidance with some of the wedding planning process – We do a little more “hand-holding” with this package, which is perfect for any couple who needs even more advice and guidance throughout their time planning the perfect wedding. Sometimes you just need that go-to person that you know you can count on during those tough planning months and get even more help than our average day of coordination couple. Therefore the services in this package begin 6 months out. • Wedding Party Rehearsal ($300 value) – your coordinator will be there to coordinate and choreograph your entire bridal party and family, ensuring that everyone is comfortable walking down the aisle, knows their places, where to stand and sit, etc. — All while getting everyone off to the rehearsal dinner on time! This is already included in this package, should you need it. • Date Change / Postponement Assistance – having to move your special day due to circumstances out of your contract can be stressful. This pandemic has taught us this all too well. We will make that process less stressful for you, by assisting with contacting your current vendors to get availability for new dates, their policies in the event of a date change, getting updated contracts secured for you, and anything else needs to make the transition a smooth one – Hey, we are in this together!

    Having a destination or out of state wedding is such a fun way to celebrate, but you might have some added logistics to navigate, such as language barriers and virtual meetings with vendors. A destination wedding coordinator can be a great way to keep your destination wedding planning fun and exciting but also organized and streamlined. Whether you are too busy with work or just need help with dealing with those on “island time” or international vendors that work at a different pace than you are used to – we are here to help.
